Terms and conditions of sale:  The Personal Property will be sold in bulk and on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis, without recourse, representation, warranty or guaranty, whether express or implied.  In order to bid, the prospective bidder must complete a bid form and provide evidence acceptable to First Choice of his or her financial wherewithal.  Upon conclusion of the public sale, the successful high bidder must tender to First Choice ten (10) percent of the purchase price and, within three (3) business days, the remaining balance of the purchase price in readily available funds.  First Choice reserves the right at any time and place of the sale to announce additional terms and conditions of sale.
